Before an order is confirmed

You may withdraw a quote enquiry at any time before accepting the written order and payment terms. There is no online checkout or automatic charge on this website.

After approval or production starts

Custom printed goods are made to your specification. Once artwork, order details, and payment are approved, cancellation may be unavailable or may require payment for design, materials, production, and other costs already committed. The applicable position will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Changes

Tell us immediately if you need to change artwork, quantity, specification, or delivery details. A change may affect price and timing, and cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Problems with an order

If goods are damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specification, contact [email protected] with photos and order details as soon as reasonably possible. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
