Estimated timing

Standard delivery is usually around six weeks after final artwork, order details, and payment are confirmed. Your written quotation will provide the estimate for your specification and destination.

Production and transit

The estimate includes production and transport. Timing may change because of proof revisions, production capacity, customs, carrier disruption, public holidays, or events outside reasonable control. We will tell you if a known delay affects your order.

Rush and remote delivery

Rush production or faster transport may be available for an additional charge. Remote or restricted delivery addresses may require a separate surcharge or a revised delivery estimate.

Receiving goods

Please inspect packaging and quantities promptly after delivery and contact us at [email protected] if goods appear damaged, incomplete, or inconsistent with the approved specification.
