Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

PACKMATES is the trading name used for this website. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through packmates.uk. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

We may collect your business and contact details, delivery region and postcode, product selections, messages, uploaded logo, confirmed paper bag proof, referral information, and basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

We use this information to take steps you request before entering a contract, prepare your design and quote, contact you by email or WhatsApp, confirm production and delivery details, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Where applicable, we rely on steps before contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent.

Storage and sharing

Quote data and private design files are stored using Cloudflare services and enquiry records may be copied to Feishu for our team to manage. We share information with service providers and production or delivery partners only when necessary to handle your request or order. Because our team and some providers operate outside the UK, information may be accessed or processed internationally. Where UK data protection law applies, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and security tools

We use essential technologies needed to deliver and secure the website, including Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not currently use the enquiry information you submit for unrelated advertising.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful quote enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. Order, transaction, accounting, and dispute records may be retained for up to six years or longer where law requires. We may delete draft files sooner when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Contact us at [email protected]. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Security and automated protection

We use access controls and security services, including Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect forms and stored information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Updates

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
