PACKMATES is the trading name used for this website. The contracting supplier and its business contact details will be identified in the written quotation or order confirmation before payment is requested.

Quote requests, not online orders

This website collects enquiries and design preferences. It does not take payment or create a binding order. A price, specification, tax treatment, delivery charge, and schedule are binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties.

Artwork and previews

On-screen previews are illustrative. Colours, proportions, placement, and material appearance may vary between screens and production. Production starts only after the final artwork proof and order details are approved in writing.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use uploaded logos, text, images, and other artwork. You are responsible for checking spelling, legal claims, trademarks, and the approved proof.

Prices and payment

Quotations will state the currency, included services, applicable taxes, delivery terms, payment schedule, and validity period. Starting prices shown on the website are indicative and may change with specification, quantity, destination, and timing.

Custom production

Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply to dimensions, colour, print position, and quantity. Any material tolerance that applies to an order will be stated or confirmed before production.
